About Claire

Claire has been an employee, a consultant, and a contractor at a variety of workplaces, and she has over 15 years of experience running her own businesses in a number of different industries.

Having lived experience as an autistic woman with ADHD and considerable experience as a business owner, she noticed that there was a lack of resources for neurodivergent business owners. This inspired Claire to start Diverg Entrepreneur, a coaching business for neurodivergent people who are considering starting their own business.

Claire’s Journey

A qualified software engineer, Claire's career path has been somewhat...unique. Starting off in IT in the early 2000s, she made the completely normal transition to tarot and astrology readings and opened her first shop in the Walk Arcade in Melbourne. Quickly adding Reiki and meditation to her skill set, Claire soon opened Sahu Healing Space, a multi-practitioner alternative healing centre which she owned and managed for seven years.

After a life changing trip to to US in 2011, Claire went back to get her second Bachelors degree, this time in Entertainment Management, and was soon managing music artists including Dru Chen, Adam Rudegeair, and Lake Minnetonka.

During Melbourne's lockdown in 2020, gigs were not happening and the music industry all but ground to a halt. Claire pivoted once more and set herself up as an Independent Consultant for The Body Shop At Home™.

While her working life followed various twists and turns, Claire also battled some turmoil in her personal life, discovered at 39 years old that she is autistic, with ADHD and OCD in the mix.

Having always followed her passion, Claire started Diverg Entrepreneur in 2022, excited to start coaching fellow Neurodivergent professionals to realise their dream business.
